Veronica Zundel is a freelance writer, who contributes reguarly to the New Daylight notes published by Bible Reading Fellowship. She also writes a monthly column for Woman Alive magazine and writes for the Fast Response feature on the Roots worship resource website. Her poetry has been published in many anthologies and magazines, and she won first prize in the 2005 Barnet Open Poetry Competition.
Veronica's past publications include The Lion Book of Famous Prayers (Lion, 1983), The Lion Book of Christian Classics (Lion, 1985), Life and Other Problems (Monarch, 1988), Going Out (Hodder, 1990) and Faith in her Words (Lion, 1991).
More recent books are The Time of Our Lives (BRF, 2007) and Crying for the Light (BRF, 2008).
Veronica moderates a private internet bulletin board for sufferers from mental health difficulties hosted by Ship of Fools, the satirical Christian webzine. She, her husband Ed, and their son John belong to Wood Green Mennonite Church, probably the best Mennonite church in the UK (well, it's probably the only one...). Veronica is also a trustee of Men, Women and God.
