I offer a "one stop" property maintenance and management service for Landlords.
I trade under the name "Make, Do & Mend" and operate in North London.
I am a CORGI registered gas fitter and registered electrician, my company can:
    º   Undertake gas, heating, plumbing or electrical surveys write reports and issue certificates.
    º   Make repairs to gas, heating, plumbing and electrics as needed.
    º   Diagnose faults and make recommendations for their cure.

I am a regular poster on Usenet group news:uk.d-i-y on this group you can often obtain advice on a wide range of subjects associated with every aspect (not just maintenance) of domestic buildings from beginner level upwards.
